The Status of Ground Zero part 2

I first visited Ground Zero in October 2001. I was impressed with the resolve of New Yorkers to clean up the pit & get something built there -fast.
Well if you missed this 60 Minutes report, what is amazing is the lack of progress. The Empire State building was built in a year. Hoover Dam was also built in a couple of years, during a depression, under budget and under time. Ground Zero has consumed $7 billion with nothing finished! An example of bureaucracy, politics, lip-service, and just plain human dithering!
